Bad experience.
Went there to respray rims (advan RS) due to multiple stone chips and scratches from tyre shop.
Lousy job done. Scratches not smoothen out and still can see signs of the stone chips. Lacquer is uneven throughout the rim. Some spots gloss some spots look like matt. Whole car became rough due to the paint particles. Windscreen was blurred. But they claimed they covered my car with canvas.
Was asked to head down to the workshop for rework by Anthony. The worker claimed my car was already rough even before spraying the rims. I used to work in a shipyard with all the sand blasting and paint spraying. I know how to differentiate between old paint rough or paint particles kind of rough. Moreover i wash my car myself, i know how the body feels. They helped to polish my car, but during respraying of the rims, they used back the same contaminated canvas to cover my car. Car body became rough again. For the rims, even after 2nd spraying, still can see signs of stone chips and the scratches made by tyre shops. There is too much lacquer this time round, so much that on some spots lacquer can be seen dripping/flowing down. I asked the worker about this issue, worker ask me talk to Anthony. I go talk to Anthony, he tell me wait wait he ask worker talk to me. WTF! Initially wanted to respray my whole car there, but with this kind of service, NO WAY! TOTALLY GAVE UP on both the service and worksmanship! And the lady boss, call her auntie twice, no response and she just gave me the ya ya look as if very displeased about my car taking up the workshop space.. Took my car and left right after all the blanks and covers were removed.
Services: 4/10
Seems like Anthony don't really wanna entertain me. Say a few words run away and talk to other customers for a long time.
Worksmanship: 4/10
Signs of scratches and stone chips still visible even after 2nd spraying. Entire car body became rough due to paint particles. Rims was on car when they did the spraying. Shouldn't they remove them and spray????? I think my capliers and coilovers are full of paint particles now.
Conclusion: Both services and worksmanship were overrated.
Will never return to this workshop again.

-5 days

-Panel beating of front door(LH) & replacement of front fender(LH) / alignment of front bumper
-Paint work on affected area
-Polish the painted area / clean up the whole vehicle
